Technoculture team


Federica Bressan is a post-doctoral researcher at Ghent University, where she leads a research project on multimedia cultural heritage under the Marie Curie funding programme H2020-MSCA-IF-2015. She holds an MD in Musicology and a PhD in Computer Science. From 2012 to 2016 she coordinated the laboratory for sound preservation and restoration at the Department of Information Engineering, University of Padova, Italy.
The vision underlying her research revolves around art, technology and culture, science and creativity. Her main expertise is in the field of multimedia cultural heritage, with a special attention for sound and interactive systems.
